Porcelain (MA 2018)
This collection of work features pieces produced during my MA at Chichester University. Inspiration for this study comes from my interest in the local landscapes predominantly through geology and palaeontology; I enjoy discovering the layers of prehistory that is told through the coastline on the island. I enjoy the materiality of porcelain as I am interested in the fragility and its translucency, by the end of the MA created porcelain peices so fine it resembles tissue paper.
