Having worked for many years sharing my skills with community projects to build work about that community and incorporating elements made by the community into a commissioned piece of public art, I am now looking forward to having the time and space to build a body of work inspired by the sea shore.

New to island life I am finding inspiration everywhere and once I have my new Workshop up and running shore based work made from my passion for metal will be emerging into the world.  I am sure some of the items I am beach combing will end up caught in the work as well.  This is such and exciting and ever changing place to live and I can't wait to really become part of it.

Since graduating in the late 90's I have been lucky enough to have curated and managed a major art gallery, taught everyone from infant school children to older people, including those with abilities that need to be specifically considered.

I have run my own not-for-profit arts organisation and established Art in the Garden at Hillier Gardens in Romsey.

For many years I was an artist at Project Workshops in Andover and have worked in many schools all over Hampshire as well as being an associate artist with Making Space in Leigh Park and Ashcroft Arts in Fareham.
