Portfolio Preparation Course 2018
In January 2018 I signed up to do the Porfolio Preparation Course at the Quay Arts Centre. This was such an informative course and I learned so much from taking part.
I have tried to include a variety of pieces and practice bits that we did on the course. I learned lots of new tecniques and revistited some things I did a long time ago at school.
We worked with lots of amazing artist/tutors from the Island and further afield for one day a weel for three terms. It was a truly fantastic experience culminating in anexhibition of all of our work in December 2018 in the Claydon Gallery.
We learned how to hang and ehixbit our work and how to make posters and business cards as part of the final stages of the course.
I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to do this course.
